Full description
This is a 4-hour experience in Chiang Mai, built around Tha Phae Gate, Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Inthakhin Sadue Muang. It is run by Discova Thailand, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Japan's outdoors is organised: trails are marked, mountain huts are booked, and the walking routes with history, the Nakasendo post road between Magome and Tsumago and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Wakayama, are done in comfortable day stages with luggage forwarded. Cycling tours use the flat river paths and back streets that cars avoid. The summer heat from July to September makes early starts essential in the cities and lowlands, while the mountains are cool. Winter turns Hokkaido and Nagano into ski country from December to March, with the powder that Niseko and Hakuba are known for.

What a fantastic way to see Chiang Mai old town.. Our Guide was knowledgeable and friendly and we navigated the back streets of the City to see all the sights and sounds we could. Highly recommended for all.
I was fortunate to have been the only one booked for the evening tour. Kitty was an excellent guide, so much knowledge & information about Thai culture. He also pointed out vegetation along the route - mango trees, pomelo trees, shrubs of chile, lemongrass growing on the side of the road & even showed me that you could eat the lotus seeds. At the night market he helped me pick out some very tasty vegetarian snacks. Wonderful evening ❤️
Gun was an outstanding guide and this was easily the best tour I had in Thailand. Cycling through Chiang Mai's back streets gave a unique perspective of the city, but what really made the experience special was Gun's immersive storytelling and deep knowledge of the Lanna Kingdom's history. He brought the past to life in a way that was engaging and memorable. The visit to the local night market and introduction to authentic street food were fantastic additions to the tour. I would highly recommend this tour—and especially Gun—to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Amazing tour from Farm. Did 12km at a good pace - he was safe and looked after everyone. Visited temples and markets all over the old town with spare time as well as good info from him. Would highly highly recommend
It was excellent. Enjoyed cycling through the alleys and smaller streets to stay away from traffic while being able to see the major temples in the city. Ay gave us local history and culture which is great to understand the city and how it came to be. Would highly recommend this tour. We also went to the local market which was great to see all the vendors.
