This is a experience in Chiang Mai, built around Jeep / SUV, Chiang Mai Mountain Biking & Kayaks and Chiang Dao. Japan's outdoors is organised: trails are marked, mountain huts are booked, and the walking routes with history, the Nakasendo post road between Magome and Tsumago and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Wakayama, are done in comfortable day stages with luggage forwarded. Cycling tours use the flat river paths and back streets that cars avoid. The summer heat from July to September makes early starts essential in the cities and lowlands, while the mountains are cool. Winter turns Hokkaido and Nagano into ski country from December to March, with the powder that Niseko and Hakuba are known for.

Great guides. Chatty and informative. A wonderful experience on the river Ping. Just about the right length of time. The simple food was at the end. Maybe would have been better ½ way through. Had to get out of the river twice to get kayaks past the 2 weirs. Luckily the guides did the boat dragging as I would have found it hard. The getting out was not easy especially the second place which was muddy and sharp stones. I hurt my foot.
It was a very nice experience to enjoy the river and the nature around with Aidan's expertise. He tailored the trip for us, and guided us through all of our "mistakes". I had little experience kayaking, but you feel you're in good hands with him, and that makes you enjoy better your time in the river. Thanks for your patience!
Insane activity seeing the landscape of the Chiang Dao Valley, the instructors were excellent and informative while allowing you to explore all the while being very comfortable. This is definitely suitable for beginners and I cannot recommend this enough!

Die gesamte Tour war super! Wir waren ca 5h auf dem Wasser und zu jederzeit die einzige Gruppe :)
Double as a refreshing bath if you're as skilled as I.
Es war eine wunderbare Flussfahrt. Die Natur vorbei ziehen zu sehen. Dazu vorher eine sehr gute Unterweisung. Die Gruppe wurde von den vier Guides am Wasser sehr umsichtig geführt.
Wunderschöne Naturtour.Tolle Landschaft, macht einfach nur Freude. Mittlerer Schwierigkeitsgrad.Wer am Kayaking Freude hat und die Natur liebt, sollte die Tour unbedingt machen. Erste Sahne.Die relativ lange Anreise von Chiang Mai auf der Ladefläche mit hoher Geschwindigkeit ist jedoch grenzwertig und wohl nur in Thailand normal.
