This is a 7-hour experience from Chiang Mai, built around View point and Living Green Elephant Sanctuary. The whole experience was amazing. The elephants seemed very happy and well cared. They had a very good bond with theirs carers. It was noticable that the elephants had freedom and they could do what they want to do. You can feel that people that were part of the village supported elefants. It was a lot of fun for me and my friends, but I would say that it is also suitable for children.
One of the best experiences I have ever done! Highly recommend transport & the guides were brilliant, the elephants were amazing & really looked after! If you are in chiang mai you need to go here!!
Amazing day out! The transport to the sanctuary was organised well and effortless. When we arrived we were greeted by our guide and informed appropriately. The whole experience was very organic and would recommend 100%
What an amazing day! Miss Nim and Mr Wat were incredible guides. They are quite clearly very passionate about the elephants at the sanctuary, particularly with regard to their welfare. The elephants are well looked after and encouraged to be free. It was an incredible experience
Always dubious with these ‘sanctuaries’ but you can tell the elephants are clearly happy and very well looked after. Onsite tour guide P’Jai was great, answering all questions and sharing facts. Vegetarian Pad Thai and fresh seasonal fruit was served for lunch and there was plenty to go round! 10/10 would reccomend.

The experience was amazing. Although the tour includes elephants feeding and bathing, it is organized on a respectful way. I would repeat it.
The sanctuary has a very peaceful vibe, as its an open air space in the jungle by the river - no fence, no shops, no crowds. The elephants walk around and behave freely. We did the half day trip and it was enough to meet and interact with the elephants. The “guide” is a guy who will meet you there, he’s part of the team at the sanctuary, very friendly, polite guy, gentle and loving to the elephants. This was an amazing experience. Our guides were great and interacting with these beautiful gentle creatures was tranquil. You can tell this sanctuary and people who are part of it love these elephants. I would 100% return here
The trip was nice. The guidance was nice. The elephants are very friendly and we’ve all felt safe around them. We also got free vegetarian pad Thai and freshwater and the clothes are very stylish and they are pretty nice looking also buy them. We bought them for 400 bucks and that’s about it. Yeah the small elephant the small elephant is funny.
