This is a experience in Chiang Mai. It is run by Chiangmai Boxing Stadiums, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Japanese craft classes are taught by practitioners who have usually done the craft for decades, and they teach it properly: calligraphy begins with how to hold the brush and grind the ink; pottery on the wheel produces a cup that is fired and posted to you weeks later; ikebana teaches the three-line structure of a Sogetsu or Ikenobo arrangement; indigo dyeing and washi papermaking are done in the workshops of the towns that specialise in them. Classes run one to three hours, materials are included, and most welcome children with a parent.
The price covers Muay Thai equipment. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

Very adapted for beginners! They started with a good warmup that makes you sweat so hard. Then, they explains the basics, the different hits and kicks. Then, make you fight against him (mainly you hitting and not them, don't worry). They also explain the risks you can have if you don't do the move in the right way. Thank you very much for your patience!

Super expérience avec notre entraîneur Mark. Cependant on avait réservé pour cours particulier et nous étions au début 5 avec 1 prof puis 4 avec un prof, c’était quand même top mais je matte fais a légèrement + de coaching personnalisé. Sinon expérience 10/10 pour tout niveau !

I booked this class lat minute and I enjoyed it. Knowing that Thailand is known for Muay Thai I wanted to experience a real hand's on experience. It was my first time and this class is very beginning friendly, the couches take they're time between steps to make sure your movements are correct and you feel confident doing them. 10/10 recommend 🙏🏽🙂
