The running order is Abu Dhabi, then Sheikh Zayed Mosque, then The Corniche, Abu Dhabi, then Emirates Palace, then Louvre Abu Dhabi (15 min), and on from there.
The price covers hotel pickup and drop-off, Live professional tour guide, Entry ticket to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and Visit to the Observation Deck of Etihad Tower. It does not cover entry inside Emirates Palace (only pass over), Lunch (at own expense) and Tips (optional), so budget for those separately.
