Full description

The first Ferrari-branded theme park in the world, under a red roof large enough to be a landmark from the road, and — importantly for anyone visiting between June and September — entirely indoors and air-conditioned.

Formula Rossa is the headline. It reaches around 240 km/h in under five seconds, which makes it the fastest rollercoaster on earth and the reason riders are handed protective goggles: at that speed an insect would do damage. Flying Aces climbs to the steepest non-inverted drop of any coaster anywhere. Between them sit gentler rides, a full-scale replica of Maranello's factory floor, and the Ferrari gallery.

The ticket here is general admission, which covers all rides and attractions for the day.

Two things worth planning. Ride the two big coasters first thing — the queues build steadily from mid-morning and by afternoon Formula Rossa alone can take an hour. And if you are combining Yas Island parks, the multi-park pass is cheaper than separate tickets; ask us and we will price both.

Parking is free and the park sits a short shuttle ride from the other Yas attractions.

The overall experience was spectacular but the place always seems crowded to me. So I guess it’s better to visit on Sundays. However the ambience and the thrill is superbly amazing.

There is so much to see and do. If you want to ride the Formula Rossa, you should get there when they open. The wait time was 5 minutes for about the first hour or so, and it spiked at 135 minutes for general and 60 minutes for Fast Pass. The average wait for Fast Pass was 5 minutes, except for Formula Rossa.

The fastest roller coaster and the thrilling attractions. The waiting time, 3 queues for 1 attration: skip line, reserved and normal. could have had only skip the line and normal. Could have had 2 cars instead of 1 for fastest roller coaster

Yes. Transport is not included here, so you make your own way to the meeting point. Taxis and Careem are cheap and everywhere, though Abu Dhabi has no metro, so a car is the way to get around. Allow for traffic, which is heavy in the late afternoon.
