Twelve immersive zones in WAFI City built around light, sound and projection — a walk-in digital environment rather than a museum, and one of the few things in Dubai aimed squarely at being looked at rather than ridden.
The zones move between an aurora, a bioluminescent forest, a lunar surface and a hall of mirrored infinity, most of them interactive in some way: surfaces that respond to touch, floors that move under you, sound that follows you between rooms. It works for adults and for children, which is a genuinely short list of Dubai attractions.
It is entirely indoors and air-conditioned.
Allow around ninety minutes. Photographers should allow longer, and should know that a phone handles these rooms better than most cameras — the light levels are low and deliberately shifting.
The House of Hype Discover Pass is an optional add-on covering a separate attraction in the same complex; take it or leave it, but decide at booking rather than at the door.
Parking is included, which in this part of Dubai is worth something.

Had an amazing time at AYA Universe! The whole place is absolutely breathtaking, and every room has something unique to see and experience. The staff were also fantastic. They were really helpful with taking photos, explaining the different areas, and making sure everyone had a great time. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip and I’d highly recommend visiting if you’re in Dubai!
AYA Universe is one of those rare attractions where each zone feels like stepping into a different reality. The various sections are thrilling in their own way—some genuinely magical—and the transitions between worlds are seamless and immersive. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, which only added to the overall comfort of the experience. During our visit it wasn’t crowded, making it easy to explore at our own pace and fully enjoy each installation without stress or rushing. It’s an amazing experience for both adults and kids, though I’d say it’s best suited for visitors aged 10 and above. Some of the environments and sensory effects may be overwhelming for younger children, and a few concepts are better appreciated by older minds. Overall, this is a highly recommended Dubai experience—beautifully designed, thoughtfully managed, and unlike anything else in the city. You’ll thank me later.
Aya universe was very good but please be aware when booking hype house + Aya universe ticket together that they are in different locations and you must use the ticket on the same day. This should be made clearer as we didn’t have time to travel elsewhere so the hype house part of the ticket was wasted.

It was a good experience overall. If you're already visiting the Aya Universe, I don't really think there's a need to go to House of Hype.
