The running order is Jumeirah Beach, then Jumeirah Mosque, then Marjan Islamic Art Gallery- Dubai, then Bur Dubai Abra Dock (15 min), then Dubai Spice Souk, and on from there.

The price covers transportation, Multilingual audio guide, Licensed guide and Abra fare. It does not cover entrance to the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, Personal expenses and Entrance to Ski Dubai, so budget for those separately.
