Full description

A table for twenty-two, bolted to a platform, lifted fifty metres by crane and left there while you eat. The chefs and the crew ride up with you in the middle, which is the detail that makes it work — the food is cooked and served at altitude rather than carried up cold.

Three courses, with a choice of menu. The Angus beef short rib sitting runs Italian burrata, then the rib with rice, then a chocolate sphere with ice cream; there are vegetarian and other options to choose at booking. It lasts a little over an hour, and the platform rotates slowly so nobody spends the whole meal facing the wrong way.

The view is the reason to come. Downtown, the Burj Khalifa and the coast, from an angle no restaurant gets.

Practical notes worth having in advance. You are strapped into an aircraft-style harness and cannot leave the table once you are up — go to the bathroom before boarding. There is a minimum age and a maximum weight per seat, and the whole thing is weather-dependent: high wind moves or cancels a sitting, and they will tell you on the day. Not one for anyone uneasy with heights.

Absolutely beautiful experience. 50ft high with drone celebrations to top it off was AMAZING. The chefs were impeccable. Love Love Love. The entire team ensured you were safe and totally enjoyed each moment. They were extremely interactive. Would highly recommend
