The Dubai skyline was designed to be looked at from the water, and an hour on a yacht does more for it than any observation deck. You leave from Dubai Marina, run out past the Palm, and come back along the coast with Atlantis, the Burj Al Arab and the Marina towers stacked up behind you.
The boat is a private-charter yacht run as a shared cruise, so there is deck space rather than rows of seats, soft drinks and water throughout, and a crew who will take the photographs you would otherwise be asking a stranger for.
⚠️ Read the option you are choosing carefully, because the food is not on every one. The live barbecue runs only on the two-hour and three-hour Burj options — the one-hour cruise and the two-hour Atlantis and Palm route do not include it. Nor is there a swim stop on this itinerary.
Alcohol is available at the onboard bar and is charged separately. Hotel pickup is not included; you make your own way to the marina berth, which is straightforward by taxi or metro. Sunset departures are the ones that go first, so book those further ahead.

Great team, the boat was luxurious with excellent views of Dubai
A breathtaking yacht cruise along Dubai’s magnificent coastline and an experience I’d highly recommend. From the moment we stepped aboard AQUILA, the whole journey felt relaxing, refreshing and invigorating. The views were incredible, taking in Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and the beautiful blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. A special mention to Steward Klark and the fantastic crew, Dave and Justine, who were friendly, attentive and always on hand. Captain Noel made the journey smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Relaxing on the yacht, enjoying drinks and a live-cooked BBQ while taking in the scenery was the perfect way to unwind. It was also lovely meeting fellow holidaymakers and sharing stories, including dreams of one day moving to Dubai. A truly memorable experience with amazing views, great people and unforgettable holiday moments. Apologies if I’ve missed any names — everyone was fantastic!
We had a day layover in Dubai and this seemed like the perfect way to spend our evening. The yacht was beautiful. We sat at the back deck - perfect viewing position. The music onboard was great. There was a photographer who was taking professional pics which can then be bought if one wishes - they were really good pics and so we did buy. My daughter and I were the only vegetarians onboard. The onboard crew made veg burgers for us which were tasty - food is included in the price. You don't get a view of the Atlantis or Burj Khalifa from the cruise and the Burj Al-Arab was not as spectacular at night as expected. The only issue is that it is very difficult to listen to the guide who maybe giving relevant info due to the noise and the photographer etc. So you can have good time but not really know what you are looking at. If u r short on time, I would still highly recommend this.

well our driver and guide Asif was very attentive to the tiniest detail. He took his time to explain the journey, safety rules especially when we got to the Sand bashing, polite, kept checking in on us when we got to the camp to make sure we were not only comfortable but ok. He has a great sense of humour, warm and friendly personality, very easy to get along. Thank you Asif for making the safari even more enjoyable. xx
Absolutely amazing experience. Exceeded all our expectations. The private yacht tour is one of the best things I have ever experienced. The Captain and crew were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and received complementary prosecco, beer and cake and the BBQ was so tasty. I would definitely recommend this tour.
