Full description

The stripped-back version: a licensed instructor, a safety briefing, a helmet, and either a quad bike or a dune buggy on the dunes outside Dubai. No camp, no dinner, no shows unless you add them.

It is the cheapest way to actually drive on the sand here, and it suits two groups — people short on time who want the desert in a couple of hours rather than an evening, and people who have already done the full safari and found the camp portion the least interesting part.

Sandboarding is included if you select that option.

Hotel transfer is optional and priced separately. If you are not driving yourself out there, take it; the meeting points are well outside the city and a return taxi costs more than the transfer.

Quad versus buggy: a quad is ridden like a motorbike and is more physical and more exposed. A buggy has a roll cage, a seat and a steering wheel, and is the easier choice with a passenger or with any nervousness about balance.

⚠️ Closed shoes, sunglasses and clothes you do not mind ruining. It is dusty work.

It was a very nice expierince, my driver Sadiq was so helpful and friendly he is one of the best driver that Dubai had. And the Quad Tour was so nice!

Had an amazing experience on the quads!! Yunaz saeed was our transport guide he works for 360 adventures and he was more than helpful! He was lovely and whilst on our hour journey he gave us so many tips on where to go in not only Dubai but Abu Dhabi is well. He gave us so many details about the city itself and what hotels are best to stay in. He supplied us with full FREE WIFI the whole journey and gave us ice cold bottled water. Yunaz was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this experience enough!! Thank you so so much Yunaz!!

We had a lot of fun during our dune buggy experience. We had a fantastic driver, Majid, who picked us up from our hotel and dropped us to the activity. He was very friendly and gave us lots of ideas for our trip in Dubai. Really enjoyed.

Fazal was an extremely talented and bubbly guide that I had today. Picked us up from the hotel to the safari and dropped us off back. Extremely nice guy, very sweet and very friendly and open to talk to. Loved every minute of it

Highly recommend the quad bike experience at dessert storm. Was amazing. From the driver that picked us up to the tour operator and of course our Bike guide. A+ company. The longer you can stay there and the more you can do the better. Defo be back on next visit
