Three hours on a Sunseeker with an omakase sushi menu, free-flowing bubbly and a live DJ, which is a specific proposition rather than a general one.
Omakase means the chef chooses — you are served a sequence rather than ordering from a list, and it is prepared on board rather than carried out cold. Around it: gourmet bites, top-shelf spirits and cocktails, and a DJ as the evening goes on.
The route runs the Dubai Marina coastline past Ain Dubai, the Palm and the Burj Al Arab, with the skyline lighting up behind.
This is the upper end of Dubai's cruise market and it reads that way. If what you want is the view and an hour on the water, there are cruises at a fifth of the price that do that well. What this buys is the boat, the food and the fact that there are not two hundred people on it.

We were blown away at the cost of this booking compared to what we experienced. The quality of the food, the service, the boat in all its glory, the trip around the palm, the DJ, the live saxophonist and the staff were so so beautiful and brilliant. The chefs onboard must be award winning because the food was Michelin star standard.... Oh let us not forget the fresh sushi bar handmade for you at your request. I can’t write an expressive enough review that compliments our experience. We are 100% rebooking on the encore when we next return. Seriously well done!!

We had such a brilliant evening on the Sunseeker Superyacht! The drinks were spot on, and the live DJ with the saxophonist gave it such a cool atmosphere. The sushi station was a nice surprise, but honestly, it was the staff who made it. Our steward couldn’t have been more helpful, always checking in without being over the top. The views were stunning, the food was great, and it all just felt so relaxed and effortless. Really can’t thank the team enough for making it such a memorable night!
