the tour guide Hai was excellent. she did everything to make sure we had the best day. Bana hills is very busy but the day overall was very good. improvement could be that the travel time for Hoi An patrons is rough. we were the first on the bus and also the last off so we had over 4 hrs on a bus while Danang patrons had only 2 hrs on the bus
