Communication before pick up was good and collection on time. We were told to WhatsApp when we had finished Bana Hills but no response even though I could see that message had been read. Therefore, return pick up was delayed. Please note this is a very overpriced taxi - we could have done return GRAB taxi for 1/3 of the price. The description of trip made it sound as though we were going to various places but it was one drop off.
