I had a wonderful experience! The car was impeccably clean and smelled fresh the moment I stepped inside. The driver arrived right on time, making the service extremely prompt and reliable. The car could havee had water bottles for passengers. We did ask the driver. and he did give us one bottle, but it was his own, I think.
