This is a 2-day experience in Ha Long. It is run by V-GRAND Travel & Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Nagoya is Japan's fourth city and the gateway to the Ghibli Park at Nagakute, opened in 2022 with timed tickets that sell out weeks ahead, to Nagashima Spa Land and its rollercoasters, and to Inuyama, whose castle is one of the twelve original keeps. Nagoya Castle's golden dolphins and the Toyota Commemorative Museum are the city's own sights, and hitsumabushi grilled eel and miso katsu are its food. The Ise Grand Shrine, Shinto's most sacred site, rebuilt every twenty years, is 90 minutes south.

We had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night cruise on the Tulip Boat. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable with stunning views of the bay. We especially enjoyed cycling through the local village, relaxing on the beach, and taking in the breathtaking scenery of Lan Ha Bay. The food on board was delicious, with plenty of fresh and well-prepared dishes throughout the trip. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive. This was truly a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend the Tulip Cruise to anyone visiting Vietnam.
