The Surprise Cave was amazing to see. Worth the trip on its own
Overall a good tour. We are so glad we did the 2 night tour instead of 1. On the full day in the middle we were transferred to a day boat with others and were able to explore much less touristy areas of the bay. That day was very relaxed and we saw a lot more of the bay. The over tourism and crowds in the main area on the first day ruined it more than I expected. The cave on the last day was incredible!! The boat was nice and our room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly but the food was hit and miss (timing, quality and quantity).
Croisière exceptionnelle, les chambres sont très confortables. Les repas sont très bons, le repas du soir sur le pont a été une très belle surprise. Nous avons apprécié les différentes activités proposées. Dommage qu’il n’y ai aucune boissons d’incluses, même l’eau est payante. Je recommande grandement.

Our experience was super. Everything is settled up accurately, from the transfer, to the activities, to the personal preferences (such as special requests for the menus). People who are managing the cruise are kind and funny and they know what they are doing. Me and my husband spent three days plenty of relax, comfortable staying and great activities here in Ha Long Bay. Everyone is supportive and caring and we cannot have asked for more. Thank you especially to Dan The Man, Tom and Mr Lee, our cruise managers. Well done everyone, we totally recommend this experience if you are visiting this w
