This is a 3-day experience from Ha Long, built around Join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration, Overnight onboard and Begin the day with Tai Chi. It is run by V'Spirit Cruises, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Nagoya is Japan's fourth city and the gateway to the Ghibli Park at Nagakute, opened in 2022 with timed tickets that sell out weeks ahead, to Nagashima Spa Land and its rollercoasters, and to Inuyama, whose castle is one of the twelve original keeps. Nagoya Castle's golden dolphins and the Toyota Commemorative Museum are the city's own sights, and hitsumabushi grilled eel and miso katsu are its food. The Ise Grand Shrine, Shinto's most sacred site, rebuilt every twenty years, is 90 minutes south.

Transfer to your cruise by tender boat
Board a tender boat and sail to your cruise ship.
Board your cruise ship and set sail to Lan Ha Bay
Enjoy a welcome drink onboard and listen to a safety briefing as your adventure begins.
Enjoy lunch onboard
Have lunch at the Dawn Restaurant and enjoy the views as you cruise towards Lan Ha Bay.
Explore Bright Cave by bamboo boat
Drop anchor and transfer to a traditional rowing bamboo boat. With a local as your guide, sail over the water to discover the beauty of Bright Cave.
Join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration
After returning to the cruise ship, learn how to cook some traditional Vietnamese food and create your own special flavors.
Indulge yourself at a sunset party during happy hour
Have a drink during happy hour and watch the sky change colors as the sun sinks below the horizon.
Enjoy a delicious dinner onboard
Make your way to the dining room for a fine dining experience.
Relax on the upper decks or go squid fishing (optional)

After disembarking at the pier, choose to ride a bicycle or take an electric car to the hidden village of Viet Hai. During the 6-kilometer ride across Cat Ba Island, pass a beautiful lagoon and a lovely cave.
Have lunch in Viet Hai
Board your day boat to enjoy lunch and spend some time relaxing.
Go kayaking around Viet Hai
Hop into a kayak and paddle around Viet Hai Pier to see the area's fish farms.
Swim and sunbathe at Ba Trai Dao Beach
Head to Ba Trai Dao Beach to relax in the sun, go for a swim, or just watch the clouds drift by (weather permitting).
Return to your cruise ship
Board your day boat and sail back to the main ship.

Absolutely fantastic. I don’t even know where to start. Staff, extremely friendly and kind. Food was top tier, specially for us vegans. Activities were well planed and organized. Communication was clear and effective. The boat itself was beautiful. Nothing to complain about.
Activity was really great ,the staff were very attentive and looked after every thing you needed. A special mention for our guide Victor he was 1st class and he even made sure to come and meet me and my wife to give us a picture he took and we were on a different bus from his on the way back to Hanoi .would definitely recommend this cruise ship.
The day trip to Cat Ba island was excellent, a great mix of informative guides, delicious lunch, and fun spent swimming and kayaking. I'd recommend a 3 day 2 night trip to give you more time to enjoy the beauty of the bay. The boat is comfortable and not too large. There is oodles of food provided; the timing on the final day is a bit awkward as you have breakfast closely followed by brunch (barely 2 hours later) so that everyone leaving can have 'lunch' before heading back to the port. Dinner on the first night was average, but on the second night it was excellent.
The whole trip was wonderful. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Nature was breath taking. The boat was not new, but in good condition and comfortable. Food was very good. The activities were optional, well organized. We had great time.
This tour is incredible, a must go in Vietnam. Ha Long Bay is a very special place and the V’Spirit cruise was above our expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is high quality and the cabin is very comfortable. I certainly recommend this tour and this company.
The site is spectacular, so sailing along Halong Bay was terrific. I also liked the cycling ride in the village of Cat Ba. We were fortunate because we spent the New Year celebration in the boat with a very friendly crew.

We have a great experience with V'spirit Cruise. From the pick up it was on time, our guide Andy was very kind and friendly. He ensures we got all the information needed. He repeated it again just to ensure we dont get half information. The cruise itself is very neat and comfortable. Our cabin is also very nice and comfortable, everything worked, we are so happy about it. All the crews are nice and they tried their best to accommodate our needs, as we re travelling with a toddler. They are very considerate to ask whatever needs we might have, like foods or drinks or any requests we might have.
The whole experience was 5 star, from our accommodation to the day trips.
In this tour, there are many staff, tour guides, some of them are very experienced and new but they were all very good. They were smiling and pleasant all the time. It was a fun and memorable experience for me so far! Highly recommended! Transportation was very good. Stress free. For the 1st day, it was Bobbi. He was very funny smiley and organized. He kept on reminding us about the itinerary for the next few hours which is really important so that we are aware about what’s happening. I enjoyed the boat ride. Cooking lesson was fun. The vodka prawn cooking show was also interesting. Delicious
