spent my Christmas evening in the cruise our guide Mike was knowledgeable on his job the manager Mr. Evan was energetic the whole Swan cruise crew were so friendly helpful and accommodating :) great experience

We enjoyed our time at cruise, it’s activities and of course the breathtaking scenaries of Ha Long bay. Also the guide and crew were exceptional!

Die Halong Bay-Kreuzfahrt hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Es war alles super organisiert. Der Guide Liu war sehr freundlich. Die Aktivitäten (Kajak, Tintenfischangeln, Tropfsteinhöhle) haben Spaß gemacht. Die Mahlzeiten an Board waren sehr lecker. Die Tour ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen,. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Meer in der Bucht ist etwas dreckig. Dennoch sind viele auch geschwommen.

Leider total überlaufen, Massenveranstaltung. Viel zu laut und schmutzig. Die eigentlich schöne Natur dadurch nicht zu geniessen. Sehr schade.

Wir wurden von einem sensationellen, zuvorkommenden Team empfangen und betreut. Es blieben keine Fragen und Wünsche offen. Ausstattung, Komfort, Verpflegung und auch die Massage waren top. Wir hatten ein sehr schöner Zimmer mit Balkon und einer sehr bequemen Matratze. Es war alles sehr sauber u. gepflegt Diese Tour können wir absolut empfehlen.

Die gebuchte Aktivität war gut organisiert. Die guides vor Ort waren sehr pünktlich und bemüht! Das Essen an Bord war auch ganz gut! Das Schiff war allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und in unserer Kabine hat es so dermaßen nach Öl und Abgasen gestunken, dass wir unmöglich darin schlafen konnten!! Wir sind aufs Deck umgezogen!! Aber dort waren nur halb kaputte Liegen ohne Auflagen! Und es war elend feucht und die Tintenfischboote sind die halbe Nacht mit ihren grellen Lichterrn durch die Bucht getuckert!! Und auch dort hat es immer noch nach Abgasen gestunken! Die Schiffe gehören unbedingt
