This is a experience from Ha Long, built around Ti Top Island and Sung Sot Cave. It is run by Go Asia Travel, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Henry was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable about the history. The food they provide was sufficient. You get snacks on the return (fruit and crackers). They also have a new speed boat option for one of the activities which I recommend as they took us to a secluded area and were the only 1-day group
For a 1-day Halong Bay tour, it's definitely worth the price. We were picked up at around 8am and finished the tour in 8pm although the cruise tour itself is from 12pm to 18pm (as advertised). Transportation was excellent. The ship was modern although the jacuzzi didn't worked. The crew was nice but spoke English with difficulties. About 40 guest were at the cruise, it didn't felt crowded. We were a bit rushed at each islands, altogether 3 stops. But it was okay because we did a lot of things (viewpoint hike, kayak, cave). You could also do speed boat at the 2nd stop instead of kayak. Perfect trip. Well organized. Contact before trip. We were well taken care and well informed about all things before and on the trip. And the food on the boat was delicious!
This whole day was 10/10. It definitely surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to visit halong bay. From the moment we where picked up to when we where dropped off we where looked after really well. The 3 stops which are all on different parts throughout the bay was the hike to the viewpoint, an activity of your choice which is either kayak or bamboo boat or speedboat (We did the speedboat and it’s a great experience 😁) and then the amazing caves they are actually called that! But definitely lives up to that name. Topped off by a calm and chill cruise back
It was a lovely day full of fun activities that never left us bored but also allowed us time to relax on the top of the boat and take in the scenery.
We had an amazing day with our guide, Thinh. The trip to Halong Bay was amazing. There were plenty activities to do and we had a great cruise in the Halong Bay area where we saw the natural landscape. The driver on the bus was very good and prompt, the guide spoke good english, was funny and offered us plenty of information regarding the places and the history of Vietnam and he always kept us informed and organised during our trip. It was such a lovely day that we recommend it to anyone. the food on the boat was also tasty
I went on this trip on a Friday and the bus was still full. :) I expected Halong Bay to be busy with tourists so that wasn't a surprise, after all, it's famous for a reason. Still, I really enjoyed this trip, they showed us some amazing places and the optional extra ~$10 for a speed boat ride was definitely worth it. The buffet lunch has a lot of options, including vegetarian, and I found it delicious. Our guide, Luca, picked us up on time for our Hanoi tour. We paid an extra $25 per person to upgrade our bus, and it was worth it for the long journey - the bus was one of the best in Hanoi. Luca was great, teaching us some Vietnamese en route. The boat was impressive, especially the top deck with its comfy chairs and beds offering fantastic views. The buffet lunch was delicious and good value for money. I recommend the speed boat upgrade; it lets you see more of the island than you would with a kayak or bamboo boat. My friend and I had a fantastic experience with this company. Our tour guide Ben spoke very good English and had a good sense of humor. He was very approachable and ensure everyone had a good time on the boat. The lunch was very decent and for a vegetarian person like myself there was plenty of choices. We had three activities after lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them. First activity was a hike/beach. The activity is a day commitment. We were picked up by 8.30 and dropped off at 7.30 pm. the boat ride is 5 hours with 3 stops! Lunch buffet was provided. Bring your swimsuit and a towel. Stop 1 - swim on the beach or hike up to the mountain. The walk up was steep! Stop 2 - the surprising cave. very walkable, takes around 1/2 hour. it’s cooler inside so quite enjoyable Stop 3 - Kayaking - you will get wet from the kayak but it’s cooling after a hot day! My favorite part of the trip. it costs around $4 extra to ride a kayak or if you don’t wanna get wet, then the bamboo boat. Billy was our tour
