The trip was very well organised. The guide was knowledgable, the bus confortable, the boat was bran new. The food on the boat was good (8/10 rating) and the Ha Long Bay was amazing. The only backdrop were the crowds, but that's unavoidable in such a touristic spot. All in all - a great choice which I can sincerely recommend!
