My previous experience had been excellent but this time it was average. They called and said they are fully booked so they will transfer our booking to a similar cruise ship. We paid for limousine pickup and drop but the bus while going was just ordinary. Also on the way back the bus dropped us somewhere in outskirts of Hanoi. When I contacted the cruise people we went with, no one answered the phone or replied to messages. There was a women who spoke no English and wanted us to take grab bikes to drop off location_ opera house. Overall not a good experience. Since one company transferred our
