The price covers One or two-night stay in a Junior Suite with an Ocean view, Ocean Suite with Private Balcony and Bathtub, Welcome drink and cold towel, In-room tea and Onboard dining. It does not cover Gratuities for the tour guide and driver, Tips for onboard and service staff, Personal expenses incurred during the trip and Airfare and airport transfer services, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with AN LAM HA LONG TOURISM SERVICES before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

Our 3 day 2 night cruise on Ha Long Bay was wonderful. We were taken kayaking and/or on an oar driven raft; we were taken to a place where some chose to swim from the boat over to a beach. We had the opportunity to ride bikes to a village (beautiful) or alternately transported by electric cart. Each time we went out, guides were helpful and informative. The staff on our cruise was excellent from the cruise manager to the boat tenders. The food served was excellent - one certainly will not go hungry on this cruise! The overall experience was good. The cabins are very nice and spacious. The only downside to them is that the windows are old with wooden frames so they don't really seal all that well and it was a bit cold at night. We went on the 2 nights 3 days cruise, more realistically 2 days. The activities were nice and we enjoyed everything we visited. Alex was a really great guide and very nice to everyone. Die Tour ist stark touristisch, besonders an den Hauptattraktionen, die von vielen Besuchern gleichzeitig aufgesucht werden. Kajaktouren sind sehr kurz: meist nur einmal durch einen etwa 1 Meter breiten Tunnel, längere Fahrten durch Höhlen gibt es nicht. Balkonkabinen sind nur per Upgrade verfügbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer eher zweckmäßig ausgestattet; Armaturen und Möbel sind stark abgenutzt oder verkalkt.
