This is a 4-hour experience in Hanoi, built around Local restaurant, Hanoi Opera House and Long Bien Bridge. It is run by Cyclo Travel & Leisure, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Japanese food tours work because the best places are small, unmarked and full of regulars, and a guide who orders for you opens them. An izakaya crawl covers yakitori, sashimi, karaage and the local pours of sake, shochu and highballs across three or four counters in an evening; a ramen walk explains the broths, tonkotsu, shoyu, miso and shio, and the regional styles. Most places seat eight to twelve and tours run six to eight guests for that reason. Vegetarians should say so when booking, because dashi stock is fish and hidden in almost everything; halal-certified options exist but are fewer.
The price covers Pick up and drop off at your hotel, Modern Style Vespa, local guide, driver and Helmet & raincoat. It does not cover Tips for guide and driver and Personal expenses, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

It was a great night tour on Vespa. It is amazing. Scooter is the most popular way to move around the city. You feel like local. You can see more or less all the most important place in Hanoi.. Linh’s Vespa tour was a highlight of our time in Hanoi. From the moment she picked us up, we felt safe and comfortable in the traffic. Great tour and well looked after by our guides Tin and Trung. Went to some authentic restaurants we would not find ourselves. Extensive tour of the city finishing with beers on train street. Felt very safe on the back of the Vespas even in the manic Hanoi traffic. Highly recommended!
