From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and our guide Hannah made the entire day exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and full of fascinating stories about the places we visited. The Onsen Springs were the perfect way to unwind, peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed. The highlight of the day was the cave dining experience, which felt magical. Enjoying a meal surrounded by candlelight and limestone formations was something I’ll never forget. Très bonne excursion. Un spectacle très sympa et le repas était très bon. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et avons été très bien accueilli à la réception avec un thé de bienvenue, merci également aux serveurs. Nous avons passé une très bonne après-midi au village Onsen. I wanted to go to Yoko Onsen, so I took the tour. However, the hot spring was optional, so I didn't sign up and it didn't accomplish the purpose of my trip. On the other hand, the restaurant service and experience were good. I gave it 3 stars, trusting that they will change the tour title to something more appropriate and revise the contents included in the tour.

Je recommande vivement pour une journée détente ! Pour l'option massage ce n' est pas forcément nécessaire car ce n'était pas le meilleur massage et ça prend du temps sur le moment dans les bains chauds. Les repas étaient délicieux et le spectacle le midi était si magnifique que j'étais émue. Attention au trajet car il faut 3h depuis Hanoï et on arrive en avance a la grotte, donc prenez de quoi vous occuper !
