Full description

This is a 8-hour experience in Ho Chi Minh City. It is run by Vn biketour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Japanese craft classes are taught by practitioners who have usually done the craft for decades, and they teach it properly: calligraphy begins with how to hold the brush and grind the ink; pottery on the wheel produces a cup that is fired and posted to you weeks later; ikebana teaches the three-line structure of a Sogetsu or Ikenobo arrangement; indigo dyeing and washi papermaking are done in the workshops of the towns that specialise in them. Classes run one to three hours, materials are included, and most welcome children with a parent.

Our guide, Khoka was sensational. He spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable, particularly regarding the Vietnam war and Vietnamese culture. He was very kind and generous when I wasn’t feeling well and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. We had a marvellous day and would highly recommend him.

Abholung und Guide Jacky Hieu war super. An sich war die Tour auch gut, das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte, wäre dass es bisschen "abgeklappert" wirkte. Bisschen Tourimäßug halt. aber der Guide Jacky war bemüht und hat uns viel erklärt.

Nuestro tour fue privado y la verdad que lo aprovechamos muchísimo, aunque si bien es cierto te llevan a sitios que están copados de turistas, los trayectos en diferentes barcos y coche, sí los hicimos solas y los disfrutamos. El conductor agradable y el guía también.

Die Fahrt auf dem Mekong-Delta war sehr schön und der Guide sehr nett. Allerdings war die Tour insgesamt sehr touristisch. Man hat mehrere Stopps „abgeklappert“, wo man irgendeinen Nepp hätte kaufen können/sollen/dürfen.
