Ho Chi Minh Fast Track Service at Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City)

Absolutely worth the money. The staff met me right at arrivals with a sign, this was such a relief as the airrport at the time was chaotic and I had just flown for 10 hours. And I was through immigration in 10 minutes while the regular lines looked like at least an hour wait. I can’t recommend them enough! I will definitely be using this service in the future. Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant and easy experience!

The operator lady was very kind and helpful, she arranged everything we needed. The transfer from Hanoi to the island was comfortable. The flight itself was a wonderful experience. Although the sky was cloudy, the view was still magnificent. After the flight, we still had time to walk around the island, then the driver took us to the airport. I recommend it to everyone!

The experience itself was very good. Make sure you get your weight exact though as if you pay for the extra room, and you weigh just under the limit, the agent you book with can’t/wont refund. Even though the seat on the plane is exactly the same!

There was no waiting line in normal immigration and no value to use this service on midnight arrivals

Fast track service made it super easy to clear immigrantion. We had a short wait due to the number of people who were also using the service. The normal queues were huge. Well worth it to start your holiday off.

Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Trotz der vielen digitalen Tickets, Emails und Chat, sowie Kommmunikation, hat am Ende mein Reisepasse bei Eintreffen gereicht. Alles andere wurde nicht abgefragt oder kontrolliert.

I had a feeling it was not going to be a good experience when I booked. A different company than I normally use. I received an additional email for additional scans/photos that was not required in the first list, so that was changed. On arrival noonecwas there to meet me. Arrival time was correct and atvthevplace i needed to be yet noone there manybother agents but not nine. Had to telephone to ask why noonecwas there. i was then told to send a photo where I was, I was where I should have been, so not sure why I was asked to do that. On the afternoon of my arrival, the airport was absolute chaos because 10 delayed flights all landed at the exact same time. The immigration lines were endless. Honestly, if I hadn't booked this service, I probably would have spent the entire first day of my Vietnam trip just standing in line at the airport. But thanks to this amazing service, I breezed through the entire process in just 2 minutes! The assistant was incredibly professional, efficient, and guided me past all the madness. This is the best money I ever spent, and it was worth every single cent. If you don't want to waste 2 hours

Excellent service as always with staff by immigration with your name on a board. I was sent directly to a shorter queue, and was 15 minutes later picking up my suitcase. The other queues were very bad and long and probably take at least an hour or longer.
