This is a 2-day experience from Ho Chi Minh City, built around Mekong Homestay, Homestay - Activities and Rural Activities: Sunrise cycling through rice fields. It is run by Mekong Delta Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The price covers TOUR PRICE/INCLUDE, Private transport, Homestay Family tiny garden A/C room and a private bathroom, English Guide and Kayaking and Bike. It does not cover All other services not mentioned in the above program and Tips for tour guide and driver, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

07:30 – Hotel pick-up in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels. 09:30 – Explore the famous underground tunnel system, watch a short war documentary, see hidden traps and learn about wartime life. Enjoy tapioca and tea – the guerrilla soldiers’ traditional food.
Mekong Homestay
13:20 PM: Enjoy lunch and Check in homestay.

Rowing a boat, playing pickleball, or playing volleyball. - Evening: Local dinner & leisure time (karaoke) Overnight homestay

Tour was a high intensity activity. Hieu was a fantastic guide during all time, he always was ready to help you, to dance or sing even he was a nice photograher. Enviroment is lovely and peaceful. It’s a great local experience. I would like to repeat!
Wij zijn 2 dagen met ( tour gids) Pablo mee geweest naar de Cu Chi tunnels We waren met een kleine groep dat was heel gezellig Pablo is heel enthousiast en verteld Trots over de tunnels en weet er veel over te vertellen We zijn ook naar de cocosnoot snoep (fabriek ) winkel geweest ( Lekker we mochten proeven) en het was goed om te zien hoe ze de cocosnoot door midden hakken en er snoep van maken Wij bleven 2 dagen en 1 nacht Het was in de Home stay bij fam.Tiny ook heel gezellig goed en Lekker eten In de avond was er kampvuur en Karaoke Er was ook een andere groep met tour gids Chow daar ginge
It was a fantastic tour, especially day two was quiet authentic and a less touristic experience. Our two guides (Dennis and Chow) were very friendly, open-minded and spoke english very well. We can recommend it.
C'était 2 jours très bien organisé, avec entre autre la visite des tunnels de Cu Chi, le delta du Mékong, un karaoké le soir 😀 Pour mes premiers jours au Vietnam ça m'a permis de vraiment rentrer dans le voyage. Mention spéciale à notre guide Tintin et Mr Hieu qui sont de très belles personnes et étaient aux petits soins avec notre groupe
Prise en charge très chaleureuse, variété des activités, soucis des membres du groupe Mention spéciale à la visite en vélo avec Kenny ( rizières et vergers, petit déjeuner et café au village et canoë sur le Mékong) ressourçant !

Not a great tour, but also not horrible. We were tossing up between 2 and 3 stars, but we think it was the people on the tour that made the day a little less enjoyable. Overall not much swimming at all, this was more of a photo opportunity. Lunch was just okay, the beaches were nice and sea floor walking nice but again more of a photo opportunity. The guides and workers on the tour were lovely, the tour was split between Vietnamese and English which made it hard but we did get all basic information. I’m sure there are better tours out there but this wasn’t bad.
