This is a 15-minute experience in Hoi An. It is run by Dich vu du lich lang que Cam Thanh, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The price covers Greeter, Boat trip and 1 floating lantern per person. It does not cover Hotel pickup and drop-off and Food and drinks, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Dich vu du lich lang que Cam Thanh before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

We very much enjoyed our experience on the river. Our boat paddler was friendly. He took lots of good pictures for us. Being on the river with so many colorful lanterns is a memory I will hold dearly.
Amazing activity! A MUST do while in Hoi An! Our guide was very nice, and we were quick to get on the boat even though it was a busy time! Beautiful lanterns, and stunning scenery. Our guide even showed us the best place to get shoes made, but unfortunately we did not have enough time!
Our boat guide was great, took numerous pics of us.
It was fun to experience but it would have been nice if they explained a little about why they do it. It all felt a little rushed just too get the next people on board
Das Gute zu Beginn: der Guide war pünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt und es ging ohne Wartezeit auf‘s Boot. Ansonsten reine Massenabfertigung. Dicht an dicht mit anderen Booten. Die Laterne wird einfach so zwischendurch ins Wasser gesetzt und wenn man Pech bleibt sie gleich am nächsten Boot hängen. Ein eigentlich schöner Brauch, der in der Masse völlig untergeht. Die Bootsfahrt geht höchstens 10 Minuten und ist eigentlich keine richtige Bootsfahrt sondern nur ein Gedränge. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal machen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
É stato tutto molto veloce. Dopo un minimo ci hanno fatto accendere la lanterna e metterla in acqua alla velocità della luce. Sconsiglio fortemente questa esperienza perche, nonostante il basso prezzo, non ne vale assolutamente la pena!
Quedáis en un punto que está a unos minutos del Río y allí directamente se espera la fila y os montáis en la barca

We communicated with rose that we had a flight to catch, and so punctuality is very important. We got there on time, waited for 40 minutes because they and I quote “have problem with police” and missed the opportunity to send a lantern because of this. I would NOT recommend booking with them. While we were waiting they were also completely unresponsive even though they were online. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience to say the least.
