This is a 5-hour experience in Hoi An. It is run by My Son Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The price covers Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Hoi An, Air-conditioned vehicle, tour guide, Breakfast with local special My Quang noodles and Lunch with local special My Quang noodles. It does not cover We offer complimentary hotel pickup within Hoi An. If your, Entrance fees at My Son Sanctuary 150.000 VND/1pax is not, Personal expenses and Beverage during meal, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

Mr Van was an exceptional guide for our early morning trip to My Son. We were collected from the hotel at 5.15am in a modern air conditioned small bus. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the wider area and My Son. Mr Van showed us many areas & at each spoke about the history which opened up our minds to how the buildings were used during different times of history and war. He was genuine and open regarding his personal experiences during his 80 odd years. At times we were moved emotionally by his own stories. We can highly recommend this tour company and especially Mr Van.

My visit to My Son Sanctuary in Hoi An, Vietnam was an incredibly enjoyable and memorable experience. The excursion itself was well-organized and offered a great balance of exploration and learning. Walking through the ancient ruins surrounded by lush greenery created a unique and almost mystical atmosphere. What truly made the trip stand out was our tour guide, Tony. He brought the history of the sanctuary to life with his engaging storytelling and deep knowledge. A very well-organized and structured tour. We were lucky to have Van as our guide: knowledgeable, well-prepared and kind. He told us about his experience during the Vietnam War, which really moved us and taught us a lot. One of the most wonderful people we met in Vietnam. The rice paper-making experience was also so nice, with a very kind lady. I recommend the 5am tour, as later it gets too hot and humid at My Son.
Amy is a very helpful guide. The tour routine is delightful with reasonable walking distance, good for a morning till noon walk. We met very interesting guests and enjoy the historical sights together. Surprisingly on the way back I even had the chance to steel the wheel of our vessel on the river. A quick 5mins captain experience. Perfect, would recommend!
