This is a 4.5-hour experience from Hoi An, built around Marble Mountains and Dong Am Phu. It is run by Simply Vietnam Travel, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The price covers Pick up & drop off from hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang, Tour Guide, Morning Tour includes Vietnamese Lunch, Entrance fee and Drinking water. I loved it! the views were amazing. I enjoyed the caves, mountains and temples. I wish I could nap in a cave. Our guide, Lee, was a very nice man. Fabulous day, guide Misa very knowledgeable & friendly. Driver Huo was safe and vehicle was comfortable. Lunch was delicious & catered for vegan/vegetarians. Am Phu Cave interesting and learnt a lot about Buddhism “after life” and the 18 levels of Hell. The 400 steps up Marble Mountain were done in stages, the most around 100 steps at one time, there is a lift not sure if it drops you off at the stages as you go up or just takes you to the top, as I walked. Lady Buddha was beautiful but saw no monkeys today.
Wonderful day with our guide Mike! The tour itself was only 4 hours, plus transportation and picking everyone up. Mike is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight into Vietnamese culture and Buddhism. We were happy with the flow and pacing, but this is very group-dependent I think. Everyone in our group were relatively young and on the same wavelength, so it was an easy-going trip.

A great day. Too hot for monkeys, sadly, but Quyên was a lovely guide and it was fascinating to learn about history, culture and religion in a beautiful place.
Loved this tour—such a good mix of exploring, stories, views, and honestly… the food alone was worth it. Marble Mountain was stunning, like wandering through a hidden temple world with caves, carvings, and surprise views around every corner. So much to see but it never felt rushed. Lunch with a local family was so good. Proper home-style Vietnamese food, full of flavour and made with care—you could really taste it. Am Phu Cave was unexpected in the best way. A bit eerie, super fascinating, and actually kind of moving. Then Monkey Mountain gave us sweeping views over Da Nang and a peaceful mome

Had a fabulous 4 hrs, lots to see and beautiful views but felt very rushed only getting 5-10 mins at each point. I’d have rather not had lunch and stayed longer at each place or the tour needs extending in length. That said everything else was fantastic and well worth visiting!!!!
