Enjoyed our cooking class (although to note, this is not an exclusively vegan class so the name of this activity is wrong). Kieu was an excellent guide and the food was delicious!
We had a great day, the tour was very interesting and we cooked lots of amazing food tailored to all allergies. The boat ride was also a nice way to break up the day.
Es war ein toller Tag, die Bootsfahrt war sehr lustig und der Kochkurs war sehr gut organisiert. Ich habe einen veganen Kochkurs gebucht, allerdings war es dann doch ein traditioneller vietnamesischer Kochkurs, aber ich hab die vegane Variante von jedem Gericht gemacht. Der Guide hat sehr gut darauf geachtet, dass mein Essen vegan bleibt.
Fun activity exploring the market, learning about different fruits, veggies and herbs. The class itself was very informative, covering everything from oil temperature to rice paper production methods. Our chef was friendly and professional, happy to adapt to a vegan alternative menu and the food was delicious.
Die Cooking Class hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, man hat viel gelehrt bekommen und die Frau, die es mit uns gemacht hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Korbbootfahrt hat mir allerdings nicht so gut gefallen, da man wirklich nur zwischen anderen Touristen geschwommen ist. Die wurde an einer sehr touristischen Stelle gemacht.
