This is a 4.5-hour experience in Hoi An. It is run by Hai An Travel, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Japanese cooking classes usually build a meal around dashi, the kombu and bonito stock that sits under miso soup, simmered dishes and noodle broths, and then one or two headline dishes: rolled sushi or nigiri, gyoza, tempura, okonomiyaki, or a bento box. Wagashi classes make the seasonal sweets served with tea from sweet bean paste. This activity was so much fun! From the spinning in coconut boats to the cooking class with our wonderful teacher who was very patient with our children! Would 100% recommend this!

We had an amazing cooking class experience with Windy (the cook) and his sister. Everything was well planned and we had a lovely time even though it was raining. But that didn't destroy the mood of our chefs and they were motivated and helped us through the recipes. We cooked four traditional vietnamesen dishes and also got the recipes afterwards to be able to cook it at home. After cooking we enjoyed our meal and everything was delicious. The market tour in the morning was very informative and also the coconut boat ride was a fun experience. All in all we were super happy with Windy as our ch
