This was simply a scam. I ordered and paid for the tickets a day in advance, but next day when I arrived, it turned out they didn’t work. The QR codes provided were empty and did not allow entry to Sun World. I arrived at the location and stood in a line, only to find out after an hour that my tickets were invalid. I was sent to the information office and told to wait. After 20 minutes with no help, I decided to look for contact details myself and reached out to the provider via WhatsApp. Mr. Kyle admitted that they had not managed to send me the correct tickets in time.
