it was an interesting activity - i would have liked to learn more about the food and culture of Vietnam during the lesson
I had an amazing time during this cooking class. I learned how to make spring rolls and the sauce. Duyen was so friendly and made the instructions so clear.
It was fun, easy, interactive and enjoyable. It was for 2 hours and I got to eat the food at the end! Host was friendly and knowledgeable. The setting was beautiful.
We were lucky enough that my partner and I had a one on one session and ended up walking away with 30 spring rolls 😛 Super informative and great value for money. Very easy to follow along and now we know how to bring these delicious spring rolls back home!! Would definitely recommend
I love it! I did not have anyone on the class so it was 1 on 1 session which felt more relaxed and personalized. While making the spring rolls I got to hear the stories of the teacher (lady.) She was very kind and explained the process thoroughly to me. She ended up giving me a bracelet for good luck and spring roll wrapper as a gift. Enjoyed the experience and definitely recommend!
It was a really great experience. The teacher was very kind and explained the ingredients and the spring rolls themselves. We highly recommend it. It was a relaxing class in a cozy setting, and you could eat the spring rolls right there or take them to go.
We spent a perfect afternoon. We were treated like royalty, starting with a lovely welcome of honey ginger tea and an excellent coffee. A huge thank you to Hoang, who was an incredible guide throughout the entire activity, being constantly there to help us with a smile and great kindness. Beyond his clear and expert instructions, he’s a truly touching and lovely person who takes the time to share his passion. This wasn't just about cooking, but a human connection, as we learned so much about the local culture and were delighted to share some French knowledge with him in return. This is the bes

very educational, great fun and a fantastic rainy day activity :)
This was a fantastic workshop. Our teacher was incredibly sincere and lovely teacher. The spring rolls were amazing.
Amazing teacher. Her English was really good so we chatted a lot while cooking. Not only did she explain details about the spring rolls to me, I also learned a lot about daily life in Vietnam. It was a chill atmosphere and the result was so delicious! Thank you so much!
We joined an amazing Vietnamese spring roll cooking class and absolutely loved it. Our instructor was warm, enthusiastic, and incredibly kind. She explained every step clearly, making it easy to follow along and learn the real authentic way of preparing spring rolls. We had such a fun afternoon, and the spring rolls turned out super delicious — fresh, flavorful, and more than enough to count as lunch or dinner. And the best part: she also showed us how to eat them properly, which is totally different than you might expect! In short: highly recommended. Just do it!
