This is a 5-hour experience in Sapa. It is run by ASu Sa Pa Trekking Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
A private day with a driver-guide is the way to see the most of a Japanese city or region in one day, because it removes the transfers between sights that eat a third of the day on public transport. Prices are usually per vehicle for up to a set number of guests rather than per person, and cover the car, fuel, tolls and the guide; entrance fees and lunch are paid as you go unless the listing says otherwise. The most amazing wander through villages and the rolling rice fields of SaPa 👌 so much to see and learn about from Su. Highly recommend this tour, especially for those that aren't hikers.
It was a really amazing hike! We were 4 people plus the guide and along the way she was telling us many interesting details about the landscape and cultures, we were passing. The whole route, we could see the beautiful landscape! The guide was also very careful during the "difficult" part of the road, so inexperienced hikers can as well enjoy this tour. Adding to that, we had an excellent local meal: Tofu, vegetables, rice, meat, eggs and spring rolls. We enjoyed the tour a lot and can recommend it to anyone curious to learn about the rich culture of Sapa while hiking.
Our tour guide Vang was absolutely wonderful, she shared a lot of knowledge about the local culture, she is super friendly and always with a smile! The tour was great, an amazing adventure, great to see the landscapes and the villages, I would definitely recommend!!

Excellent trek with our guide Su. He was very calm with a good sense of humour and shared his local knowledge with fantastic English. We were lucky to be alone on the tour and he let us walk at whatever pace we liked, stopping for photos at any stage. Hike was pleasant distance even in the hot sun of the morning. Would highly recommend.

Our guide was super friendly and gave us so much information about everything we saw. This tour gave us a chance to see a differnt side of Sapa. He even moved rocks in the river for me so my shoes didn’t get wet. I really enjoyed this tour, definitley recommend :)
