The camel ride at sunset was the highlight of our whole Rajasthan trip. Watching the dunes turn gold while swaying along on the camel felt like something out of a film. Our driver picked us up right on time from the hotel and the air-conditioned car made the drive out so easy. Genuinely unforgettable six hours.

Brilliantly organised half-day from Jodhpur. The jeep safari was a proper adventure, bouncing over the sand and stopping at a couple of small villages I never would have found on my own. The local snacks they served were simple but delicious and completely vegetarian, which suited me perfectly. Great value for a private car and both safaris.

We travelled as a family with two kids and they were thrilled the entire time. The children loved climbing onto the camel and the jeep ride had them laughing the whole way. A really enjoyable desert experience, though be warned it was seriously hot even in the afternoon and I wished I had brought more water. The camel and jeep safaris were both great fun and the golden dunes are stunning. Just plan for the heat and wear a proper hat. Still very glad we did it.

The drive out to the Thar was comfortable and the driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. What stayed with me most were the wide, empty desert horizons at dusk, so peaceful compared to the busy city. The camel handler was gentle and made sure I felt safe getting on and off. A lovely, calm escape.

Excellent value for ninety dollars. You get a private air-conditioned car both ways, a camel safari and a jeep safari, plus a taste of local food, all in one afternoon. Everything ran smoothly from the hotel pickup to the drop-off. If you only have time for one desert trip out of Jodhpur, this is a smart choice.

Lovely tour overall and the sunset over the dunes was gorgeous. My only small gripe was that the food stop felt a little rushed and I would have liked more time there. That said, the camel ride was memorable and the private car was very comfortable. Worth doing, just do not expect a leisurely sit-down meal.
