Faire du snorkeling au large de Nusa Penida, c'est avant tout aller a la rencontre des raies manta de recif a Manta Point, sur la cote sud de l'ile, ou elles sont presentes toute l'annee, se nourrissant et se faisant nettoyer dans le ressac au pied des falaises. Les bateaux se deplacent ensuite vers des spots plus calmes comme Crystal Bay, Gamat Bay et le mur de Buyuk pour le corail et les poissons. Entre juillet et octobre, Crystal Bay est aussi l'endroit ou viennent les plongeurs pour le poisson-lune oceanique, le mola mola, qui remonte des eaux profondes pendant les mois plus frais. Manta Point est expose au ressac venant du sud et les bateaux l'evitent quand la mer est agitee, donc une journee ici depend toujours de la meteo. La traversee depuis Sanur dure de trente a quarante-cinq minutes.

This was amazing. We had lovely guides who were always looking out for our safety and never pushing people to go too far out of their comfort zone. They provided life jackets for people who weren’t very strong swimmers and always swam with a rubber ring incase you got tired when swimming around. They always swam with at least 1/2 guides at the front and another at the back and always checked to make sure they knew where people were. We were lucky enough to swim with the beautiful manta rays which they would point out to us at any point so everyone had an opportunity to see them. Including any
Overall great fun. Some confusion with drop off. Think the local taxis have a monopoly so cannot be dropped off outside the port so our taxi dropped us off at their office and then provided a minibus to the port. Good communication with the team, thank you
Wayan and Adik are exactly the people you want taking you on a snorkeling adventure! They are focused on safety and giving everyone an opportunity to see and experience everything they can. When we were in the water, they kept a close eye on everybody and were very clear in their instructions! They made sure we had water and plenty of opportunities for the restroom and snacks. I would certainly go with them again!
Relaxed but attentive tour guides who helped us feel confident in the activity. Great to see the manta rays up close and personal
The journey to the first snorkel location was in large swells at speed in a small boat, although the scenery was stunning. Several other customers were seasick and it didn't feel safe or comfortable. It was a total of around an hour of constant battering as the boat crested waves and dropped sharply to the water. The first location also had rough seas, but once we turned around and headed to the second and third locations, things smoothed out. The snorkeling in the second half was excellent and mostly made up for the less than enjoyable first half. The better decision would have been to scrap

Der Ausflug war hervorragend organisiert und alles hat vom Anfang bis zum Ende reibungslos funktioniert. Die Guides waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und haben sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher und gut betreut gefühlt. Es war ein wunderschöner Abschluss unseres Urlaubs. Wir haben farbenfrohe Korallen, viele verschiedene Fischarten sowie Schildkröten und sogar Mantarochen gesehen. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass die Guides großen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang mit der Natur gelegt haben und stets darauf hingewiesen haben, ausreichend Absta
