C'est la version compacte et economique d'Ella, et elle couvre la plupart de ce pour quoi les gens viennent sans le depart a l'aube des circuits d'une journee complete.

Halpewatte est la plus grande fabrique de the de la region d'Uva et l'une des plus veritablement instructives a visiter, la visite suit la feuille depuis les bacs de fletrissage jusqu'au roulage, l'oxydation et la cuisson jusqu'a la table de tri, et se termine sur une terrasse avec vue sur les plantations et une tasse de la qualite qui ne quitte pas le pays.

Le Mahameunawa Asapuwa est l'arret dont la plupart des visiteurs n'ont jamais entendu parler. C'est un monastere forestier plutot qu'un temple, calme, depouille et utilise, et c'est une atmosphere tres differente des temples peints et bondes de l'itineraire standard.

Le pont aux neuf arches suit: 91 metres de viaduc en pierre a 24 metres au-dessus d'une gorge, construit pendant la Premiere Guerre mondiale sans acier car l'acier etait alle en Europe. Les trains traversent environ toutes les deux heures et sont systematiquement en retard.

Les cascades de Ravana, une large cascade au bord de la route au sud de la ville, cloturent l'apres-midi.

Ce que ce voyage n'inclut pas, ce sont les marches. Si vous voulez Little Adam's Peak ou Ella Rock, prenez une journee complete.

Had a great experience on this tour! It covers all the major attractions around Ella in a day, and the itinerary is well planned. The views from Little Adam's Peak and Nine Arch Bridge were stunning. A special mention to Sam, our guide and tuk-tuk driver, who made the day worth remembering for a looong time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, drove safely, shared interesting insights about the places we visited, and happily helped us with photos throughout the tour. Overall, a comfortable, well-organized experience that I'd definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ella.

Had such a great day around Ella with Jeewa today! He was so friendly, had lots of local knowledge, and brought us to some amazing spots. He also took great photos for us throughout the day! He made the whole experience feel really relaxed and personal and we learned so much about Sri Lanka along the way. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
