Kandy : From Kandy to Nuwara Eliya Day Tour by Tuk tuk
Description complète

We had a wonderful tuk-tuk tour — a trip from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya — led by our driver-guide, Danushka. He was extremely friendly and sociable, and it was genuinely enjoyable to spend time with him on the road. His English is good, so communication was easy and clear, and we could freely ask any questions. We especially appreciated his careful and safe driving: the ride was comfortable, with no rushing or unnecessary risk. Along the way, Danushka showed us many amazing viewpoints, and we took countless beautiful photos. Every stop was truly interesting and informative — he explained what we were seeing, what to pay attention to, and shared helpful details. It was also clear that he knows the area and the topics very well: he answered our questions thoroughly and added insights we definitely wouldn’t have noticed on our own. We highly recommend Danushka to anyone planning this route and looking not just for a transfer, but for a genuinely engaging tour experience.
We had a great drop-off tour from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya with our guide, Chama! Chama was very kind and friendly. He stopped at many beautiful photo spots and kindly took photos for us. Thanks to him, we could enjoy the beautiful scenery and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much, Chama! We really appreciate your kindness and highly recommend him!
Exceptional experience with Danushka! > We had a wonderful day tour from Kandy to Nanu Oya with Danushka. He took us to explore an herbal medicine garden, a tea factory, a traditional wood carving workshop, and a scenic waterfall viewpoint. > Danushka was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind throughout the entire journey, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying the day. He even personally made sure we secured and collected our train tickets at Nanu Oya station.
Rumesh was great! He arrived early and let us do the tour at our own pace. He even made sure that we tried our first king coconut in Sri Lanka. We had a great time and definitely recommend!
Being a tea fan really enjoyed the tea factory guide. Did the post card send offs at Nuwara Eliya, and was dropped off at my hotel. Along the way stopped at where the tragic landslide took place. Glad to see steel wired fences have now been put up.
Great trip with Mahesh. Given options of where we wanted to visit en route from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. We visited a wood carver, gem museum, a tea factory, climbed to Ramboda Falls to name a few. Beautiful scenery. Very informative.
We had a great day with Ruwan from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. He made suggestions for things for us to do but also let us leave out the things we had done/ didn’t want to do! Nothing felt rushed and he shared information and tips with us when he could. Thank you Ruwan !
Saman provided a great tour and got us to our next destination in very good time! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the stop offs were all beautiful with fantastic scenery. Highly recommend a tour with Saman!

We absolutely loved this tour! Kumara was an awesome guide and very safe driver. He stopped wherever we wanted to take photos along the way. Would 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking to go from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya.
Lali is an amazing guide, he shared allot of insightful information on Sri Lanka. He arrived 20 mins earlier that scheduled and patiently waited for me. Did all the stops mentioned on this tour and it was such an eventful experience. The tea factory was the highlight for me. Would recommend Lali as ur trusted guide.
