Full description
This is a 3-hour experience in Nusa Penida. It is run by Fast Bali Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Snorkelling off Nusa Penida is about the reef manta rays at Manta Point on the island's south coast, where they are present year-round, feeding and being cleaned in the swell at the base of the cliffs. Boats then move to calmer spots such as Crystal Bay, Gamat Bay and the wall at Buyuk for coral and fish. Between July and October, Crystal Bay is also the place divers come for the oceanic sunfish, mola mola, which rise from deep water in the cooler months. Manta Point is exposed to southern swell and boats skip it when the sea is up, so a day here is always weather-dependent. The crossing from Sanur is thirty to forty-five minutes.
The price covers Mineral water, Private professional photographer, Snorkling boat, Taxes and fees and Retribution ticket. It does not cover foods and drinks and gratuities, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
Fast Bali Tour sends the meeting point and time by email as soon as the booking is confirmed. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Fast Bali Tour before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

Traveler Reviews
Keine gute Tour.
Tried yesterday snorkelling for the first time in my life and had some trouble breathing with the mask at the beginning. But the guide was incredibly helpful and encouraging. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy the experience and even saw manta rays up close. He also took a video for me, which made it even more special. I’m really grateful for the support - it turned into an unforgettable experience!
well organized with nice newer boat and very good guides very caring and informative
vimos mantas pero está masificado de gente, demasiados barcos a la misma vez
Fue genial vimos dos mantas
Honestly, we were really disappointed with this tour. First, we were told to arrive at 8:00, but when we got there, they informed us the boat would only leave at 10:00. So we ended up waiting two hours for no reason. Then, there was a lot of confusion between different tours happening at the same time. Staff repeatedly told us we were on one tour, then changed it, then changed it again. Even after showing our ticket, they didn’t seem sure which group we belonged to. It felt very disorganized. Eventually, they put us on a boat, but we weren’t even fully convinced it was the correct tour. During
