Full description

This is a 10-hour experience from Nusa Penida, built around Speedboat, Ceningan Island and Mangrove Point. It is run by Penida Getway, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Nusa Penida is the largest of the three islands off Bali's south-east coast, about 200 square kilometres of limestone with cliffs on the south and west and a few villages on the north coast where the boats land. It has no traffic to speak of but its roads are narrow and slow, which is why a day trip covers either the west side (Kelingking, Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong) or the east (Diamond Beach, Atuh, Tree House), not both. Fast boats from Sanur take thirty to forty-five minutes, run from around 7:00, and are cancelled or delayed in a big swell. Bring cash: card machines are rare and the ATMs are unreliable.

Pickup is offered from Sanur, Kuta Selatan, Seminyak and Kuta; the exact spot and time are agreed with Penida Getway once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.

Ausflug meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Fahrt in den Mangroven - naja . Yellow Bridge - kaputte Brücke, lebensgefährlich an einigen Stellen, muss man nicht unbedingt hin. Devils Tear - sehr schön und sehenswert, genauso wie Dreambeach. Zum Baden war es leider zu gefährlich wegen den hohen Wellen. Ablauf war top organisiert mit einem tollen Guide. Vielen Dank noch mal an Oka .

Parfait ! L’accueil était cool et le guide super respectueux et prends le temps de tout vous expliquer même avec les difficultés de compréhension. Le guide était à notre disposition pour toute l’excursion et c’était top! Tout est compris également c’est le bénéfice de cette excursions qui l’a rend agréables ! Une île et une expérience fantastique

Fantastic trip mangroves tour was brilliant. The tour around the island was bumpy but great. There was a selection for lunch which was very tasty. The boat ride over and back to the island was very restful.

de omschrijving kwam totaal niet overeen metbde werkelijkheid. er is geen wildlife in de mangrove. en de tour neemt lang 10 uur in beslag. het is lang wachten.

The strait to Nusa Penida and the manta sites take open-ocean swell. On big days the operator diverts to sheltered sites or cancels the crossing, and that is their call on the morning, not ours.
