Nusa Penida e la piu grande delle tre isole al largo della costa sud-orientale di Bali, circa 200 chilometri quadrati di calcare con scogliere a sud e a ovest e alcuni villaggi sulla costa nord dove attraccano le barche. Non ha quasi traffico ma le sue strade sono strette e lente, motivo per cui una gita di un giorno copre il lato ovest (Kelingking, Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong) oppure l'est (Diamond Beach, Atuh, Tree House), non entrambi. Le barche veloci da Sanur impiegano da trenta a quarantacinque minuti, partono da circa le 7:00, e vengono cancellate o ritardate in caso di mare mosso. Porta contanti: i terminali per carte sono rari e i bancomat non sono affidabili.

My daughter came up with the idea of booking a padel lesson, and it turned out to be such a fun experience! Alex gave us plenty of useful tips and practice drills, and we’ll definitely be playing more when we’re back home.
