A 0.75-hour trip out of Kathmandu taking in Airplane, Lukla, Phakding and Namche Bazar. The longest stop is Gorakshep, at about 8 hours. There are 11 stops in all.

The running order is Airplane (30 min), then Lukla (10 min), then Phakding (3h), then Namche Bazar (7h), then Tengboche (7h), and on from there.
