The price covers all ground transportation is by private vehicle, Two night hotel in kathamndu with breakfast, Full board meals throughout the trek. (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and Both way airfare (kathmandu-lukla-kathamndu). It does not cover nepal entry visa fee, Your Travel and rescue insurance and International airfare and airport departure tax, so budget for those separately.
