A 7-day trip out of Kathmandu taking in Ride from Kathmandu to Charikot, Ride through the Solukhumbu region, Ride to Jhapre and Hike to Pikey Peak Base Camp. There are 7 stops in all.
The running order is Ride from Kathmandu to Charikot, then Ride through the Solukhumbu region, then Ride to Jhapre, then Hike to Pikey Peak Base Camp, then Sunrise hike to Pikey Peak Summit, and on from there.
The price covers hotel pick-up and drop-off, Detailed tour map and pre-departure briefing, Accommodation in homestays or lodges and Local entry permits and applicable fees. Ride from Kathmandu to Charikot
Start the motorcycle adventure from Kathmandu and ride toward Charikot through winding mountain roads, green hills, terraced farmland, forests, rivers, and rural settlements. Enjoy scenic stops along the route before arriving in Charikot.
Ride through the Solukhumbu region
Continue the motorcycle journey from Charikot to Phaplu through scenic mountain roads, forested hills, small settlements, river valleys, and changing Himalayan landscapes. Enjoy breaks along the route and experience the remote mountain environment.
Ride to Jhapre
Ride from Phaplu to Jhapre through winding and uneven mountain roads. Experience rural landscapes, mountain scenery, traditional settlements, and the peaceful surroundings of the Solukhumbu region. Arrive in Jhapre and prepare for the Pikey Peak hiking section.
Hike to Pikey Peak Base Camp
Leave the motorcycles at Jhapre and begin hiking toward Pikey Peak Base Camp at approximately 3,640 meters. Walk through forests, open landscapes, alpine meadows, and scenic mountain trails while enjoying peaceful Himalayan surroundings.
Sunrise hike to Pikey Peak Summit
Start an early morning hike to Pikey Peak Summit at 4,065 meters. Enjoy sunrise and panoramic Himalayan views, including Mount Everest and other major peaks on clear days. After spending time at the summit, descend through mountain trails and return to Jhapre.
Ride downhill to Mulkot
Resume the motorcycle adventure from Jhapre to Mulkot. Ride through mountain roads, forests, villages, river valleys, and greener landscapes as the route gradually descends toward the lower elevations.
Final ride to Kathmandu
Complete the final motorcycle ride from Mulkot to Kathmandu through scenic river valleys, green hills, rural settlements, and winding roads. Arrive in Kathmandu after completing the Pikey Peak Motorbike Tour.
