Dream Noble Adventure Pvt. Ltd. runs it, and 6 things are covered by the price. It can be cancelled free of charge.

The price covers hotel pickup and drop-off, Trekking permit and TIMS card, English-speaking trekking guide and Round-trip transfer by shared public bus (to and from the trek starting point). It does not cover all meals (available on purchase) and Tips to guide, so budget for those separately. Two travellers pay $1236 together rather than $751 each, because this is priced per party and not per head.
