The price covers all trekking permits (ACAP and TIMS card fees), Airport pick-up and drop-off (Tribhuvan International Airport), Two-way transport between Kathmandu and Pokhara by local bus (Budget) or shared tourist vehicle (Standard) or private vehicle (Luxury) and Transport from Pokhara to Nayapul (trek start) and back. It does not cover international flights, Nepal visa fees ($30 for 15 days, $50 for 30 days) and Kathmandu hotel accommodation (before and after trek), so budget for those separately.
