Tour Itinerary

Itineraries are customisable as per your request

The schedule below is a suggested plan and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, our associate will transfer you to the hotel in a private vehicle. During the day, you can rest at the hotel. Or you can visit trekking gear shops in Thamel if you still need to get essential trek gear. In the evening, you'll have your trek briefing session with your trek guide and tour manager. As a welcome, we'll organize a welcome dinner for you.

Drive/Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara

You have two options to travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara: an 8-hour drive on winding roads or a 25-minute flight. Flights can be arranged upon request during booking. For road travel, a tourist bus or private 4WD jeep is available. After arrival, relax at your hotel or explore Lakeside. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul. Trek to Hile (1,430 meters)

You can visit Phewa Lake in the morning before breakfast at the hotel. And after breakfast, you'll prepare for the trek. You'll get a jeep ride from your hotel to Nayapul and Birethanti, the official starting point of the 12 day Annapurna Base Camp Trek. You'll get ACAP permits at Birethanti and prepare for the hike to Hile. You'll hike 9 km to Hile from Birethanti, taking 3 hours, accompanied by our experienced trek guide. Overnight at the best available tea house at Hile.

Trek from Hile to Ghorepani (2,840 meters, 10 km, 6 hours)

After leaving the tea house at Hile with a fantastic breakfast, you'll hike to Ulleri. Ulleri is another beautiful hamlet en route, but reaching here is tiring. The beautiful stone stairs of Ulleri require you to take one step at a time. Past Ulleri, you'll reach Banthati, with ample tea houses. With some rest at Banthati, you'll continue the hike to Ghorepani. Here, you'll need to verify your trekking permits. You'll stay at Upper Ghorepani for better panoramas of mountains and scenery.

Morning hike to Poon Hill. Trek to Tadapani (2,610 meters)

Sunrise at Poon Hill is not a miss-out thing. So, you'll wake up early and follow your trek guide, who will take you to the Poon Hill Vantage point. From here, you'll see the beautiful Annapurna Mountains lighted yellow with the morning sun. After returning to Ghorepani, you'll prepare for the hike to Tadapani—the trekking trail from Ghorepani to Tadapani trails through scattered hamlets, rhododendron blossoms, and dancing waterfalls. Overnight at the best available tea house at Tadapani.

Trek from Tadapani to Sinuwa via Chhomrong (2,340 meter)

Wake early in Tadapani for stunning views of Machapuchare and Dhaulagiri. After breakfast, trek through forest to Chhomrong for lunch, then descend to a river, cross a suspension bridge, and climb steeply to Sinuwa. Overnight at a teahouse in Upper Sinuwa.

Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali (3,230 meters, 8 km, 6 hours)

One of the most scenic sections runs from Sinuwa to Deurali. Trek through bamboo, oak, and rhododendron forests with waterfalls. Descend to Bamboo, ascend to Dovan, then climb steeply to Himalaya for lunch. Continue to Deurali, where views of Machapuchare appear. Overnight at a teahouse.

Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 meters)

Start with breakfast at a teahouse and hike along a scenic gorge. Reach Machapuchare Base Camp for first views of Annapurna I and Annapurna South. Continue with a short steep climb, then an easy trail to Annapurna Base Camp. Take photos, have lunch, explore, and stay overnight at a teahouse.

Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,345 meters)

You'll wake up early at the base camp and hike to the sunrise view point. The beautiful sunrise on Annapurna Mountains is best visible from the ridge near the tea houses. After breakfast, you'll prepare for the return hike. Today, you'll hike for 6 hours to Bamboo. You'll retrace the same route back. You'll stop for lunch at Himalaya/Dovan. Overnight at the tea house in Bamboo.

Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu (1760m).Evening hike to Hot Spring

After breakfast, hike from Bamboo to Jhinu. Start with a steep climb to Sinuwa, catching final views of Machapuchare through bamboo forests. Descend to Chhomrong, cross the bridge, climb stone stairs to Chhomrong top, and have lunch at a teahouse. Afterward, descend 40 minutes to Jhinu and relax in natural hot springs.

Drive from Jhinu to Pokhara. Fly/Drive to Kathmandu.

You'll get a jeep ride from Jhinu to Pokhara. Upon leaving the tea house at Jhinu, you'll cross a suspension bridge first. Our associate will be there to pick you up in a private jeep. You'll reach Pokhara in 2.5 hours. After lunch, you'll have the option of either flying or taking a jeep ride to Kathmandu from Pokhara. Whatever you prefer, we'll make arrangements for each. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
