A 3-day trip out of Kathmandu taking in Sauraha and Chitwan National Park. The longest stop is Sauraha, at about 8 hours. There are 2 stops in all.

The running order is Sauraha (8h), then Chitwan National Park (6h).

The price covers round-trip tourist bus transfers between Kathmandu/Pokhara and Chitwan (Sauraha), Hotel pickup in Kathmandu or Pokhara (to the bus station), Hotel pickup & drop-off in the Chitwan Sauraha area and 2 nights private accommodation at Rainbow Safari Resort (or similar). It does not cover personal expenses (snacks, beverages, alcoholic drinks, souvenirs), Travel and medical insurance and Gratuities and tips for drivers, guides, and hotel staff, so budget for those separately. Two travellers pay $389 together rather than $265 each, because this is priced per party and not per head.
